Join us with a group of friends for a relaxing afternoon at Conlan’s in our wine room, while enjoying wine & cheese pairings. We will be delving into the intricate relationship between cheese & wine. You will learn the fundamental principles of taste, flavour, profiles & sensory perception, as they relate both to wine & food.
You will leave Conlan’s with a new confidence in selecting & recommending wine pairings for your next event or dinner party.
The class is limited to 10 people

As we get a “spring” back in our step with warmer months ahead what better way to have some fun by enjoying a cooking class & learning some new dishes & techniques from the Conlan’s Wine Store chefs. This hands-on cooking class is a great way to have fun with family or friends.
So let’s roll up our sleeves and have some fun!
The cooking class is limited to 10 guests to ensure an interactive class.

A relaxing early dinner, where you will get to sit down and enjoy a shared meal of the dishes you have made plus a wine, beer or soft drink
