What better way to come together this summer than enjoying a fun filled morning learning some new dishes & techniques from the Conlan’s Wine Store chefs. This hands-on cooking class is a great way to have fun with family or friends.

So let’s roll up our sleeves and have some fun!

The cooking class is limited to 10 guests to ensure an interactive class.

Your recipe booklet to take home

A relaxing late lunch, where you will get to sit down and enjoy a shared lunch of the dishes you have made plus a wine, beer or soft drink

Tea & coffee is available for purchase

Class: 9:30am - 12:30pm
Lunch: 12:30pm - 1:30pm

Potato & parmesan churros
Mushroom risotto with feta & parsley
Beef bourguignon
Sous vide chicken
Confit duck leg with lentils & roasted beetroot

Demonstration Cooking Class

PREPARING A 3 COURSE DINNER PARTY

What better way to come together than enjoying a fun filled afternoon learning some new dishes with the Conlan’s Wine Store chefs.

The demonstration cooking classes are limited to 6 guests to ensure an interactive class, which will be easy to understand for all levels of experience.

The topic for this class is - How to easily prepare a 3 course dinner party

Watch as Conlan's chef Matt demonstrates recipes and tips that will help you prepare a delicious 3 course dinner in your own home. You will be comfortably seated in the Conlan's kitchen with a very small group and have the chance to observe and ask as many questions as you like.

- What is included -

1 ½ hour demonstration and conversation class
Recipe booklet
5 Canapé sized dishes
5 x 50ml wine tastings to pair with the food

2:30pm - 4:00pm
